My Photography Inside a Modern Mountain Home in Denver

I recently recognized a home on the cover of Modern in Denver magazine as belonging to one of my collectors, which was a pretty surreal and meaningful moment.

The homeowners collected several of my photographs last year, and I had the chance to visit and see how the work lives inside their modern mountain home near Denver. Seeing the pieces in place—and hearing why certain images resonated with them—was incredibly rewarding. As a former architect, seeing my pieces in an architectural masterpiece is even more rewarding.

It’s always special to experience my photography outside the studio, especially in a thoughtfully designed home where the artwork becomes part of everyday life. Moments like this are a reminder that fine art photography isn’t just about the image itself, but about how it’s lived with over time.
